A month ago our website was having so many outages - being down for almost 20 hours in November alone! I was horrified when I saw our uptime/downtime report come through.

So I dropped everything and committed myself to not sleeping until I had fixed the issues. I started investigating and managed to find the problem and fix things. Today I woke up and got this server uptime report - Amazing!!! 

Hard work really pays off.
