I purchased this 600ml bottle and received it within two weeks. I notice the lid was super fluttery/noisy when I would take a sip so I sent them an email asking if that was normal on the 11th of January. I haven't heard back yet but I'm hoping they'll reach out. I've just been taking the lid off to drink now and it's fine for at home. The cause is what's important though, I'm looking at this as a donation and I happened to get a cup out of it.

I bought a pink one of these and love the bright, vibrant, cheery colour. I also like the design with the handy hook on the lid and the retractable drinking bit which is really handy for exercise classes to avoid potential spillage. I am very happy with this product and would recommend it. And its especially great to know that the company does such good work with the money each bottle makes. Thank you!

Buying one of these bottles has changed my long-term usage of plastic water bottles forever! Drinking tap water, for me, is normal now and I actually do not like the taste of bottled water now, the sales of these bottles save lives too xx

Does not keep water cold for longer than about an hour! Condensation on the bottle causes everything to get wet.. rather buy cheaper alternatives!
