Excellent customer service from this company after I reached out for advice on a replacement lid.
This lid replaced my drinking straw lid which had been great but finally gave out after years of daily use.
This new stainless steel lid means that my water bottle is now useable again which is great news as these bottles keep my water really cold all day.
Love this company for their ethical stance helping out those for whom clean drinking water is not a given
